Emotions

Life without emotions would be empty which is why we can’t go on in life without emotion being generated.

However, a lot of us experience this daily and have no idea what emotions are or how to deal with them. We have set internal rules/laws that govern each emotion and energy movement based on what your environment showed you.

As we heal and reach your true potential, its time we begin mastering yourself- our emotions.

Lets start by first understanding E-motions are.


Belief Systems

“If you think you can”- you’re right.

“If you think can't” - you're also right.

Becareful which of the above beliefs you choose to adopt.

Beliefs are simply thoughts you have that repeated itself over and over again until you began to accept without having the facts. We later spend out whole lives trying to prove it to be true, even if it is not.

The Subconscious Mind

The subconscious mind controls 90% of what we do daily. However, its the (sub)conscious mind which meaning it is below our conscious mind and awareness.

Your life is a printout of your subconscious mind.

Want to know what programs your subconscious mind carries? Look at your life.

Ask yourself - Where am I currently struggling?

The only reason why you are struggling is in this area is because

there programs supporting that behavior.

Change the program, change your life!

Changing the Brain

Although, we often identify with our mind, we are not our minds. Instead we are the users of our minds. If you want a new reality - you have to change your personality. Your personality is essentially easy neuron patterns you have created up to this point in your journey in your mind.

Because it is time to change, it is also time to change our brains.

Body Memory

Did you know that the body itself carries memories?

Not only memories that we might not consciously remember but memories of our past lives, ancestral lineage and subconscious recordings. Healing has to occur not only at the level of the mind but within the body.

The mind and body is connected as one which is why in the academy we look at healing WHOLEistically, at a mind, body and spirit level.

Body Movement

Generally, when we think of movement, we think ‘exercise’. This is because societally, we’ve been conditioned to believe that the only reason to move our bodies is to change them, to ‘fix’ them. Of course, we also move our bodies because it’s healthy to do so. We care about our health and wellbeing and so moving regularly is a no-brainer.

There is also an incredible capacity for healing to be found within movement. You see, energetically we store emotions within our muscles. 

Our hips in particular, hold a lot of emotion. Often our body stores emotions in the hips that it doesn’t know how to process. So, even if you think things are going well in your life, it’s common to still experience some feelings and old traumas coming up when you start accessing these areas.

 Many of the people desire to change something physically. This is generally the starting point, but after I work with them the focus shifts to the emotional body. When we move our bodies intentionally we can access and shift stagnant emotions and really work through and feelings that are under the surface.
